When you first experience an astral projection, this might induce fear. Some people think that it is possible to get lost in the astral worlds and not be able to get back to their physical body. This is not the case. You can always get back to your body. If you have a hard time finding your way back, you can always ask directions from the spirit beings who occupy the astral worlds. You will always find someone who can help you if you cannot find your way back. If, however, you simply relax your mind and imagine yourself back to your body, you will find yourself there.

Some people fear that a demon or evil spirit will take over their physical body while they are away. This simply does not happen. There are safeguards around this, and no being can occupy your body unless you give your explicit consent. There are also guardian Angels taking care of this issue, making sure that your body is safe while you have an astral projection.
