The true Self is an inner jewel within each being. It is perfect, omnipresent, and eternal. Roy Eugene Davis states in The Eternal Way: The Inner Meaning Of The Bhagavad Gita (1996), “As rays of God’s light we are expressed, not created.” (53) Each of us is an expression of the Divine, and if we tune into our own inner light, we can see that it is one with the light of the Divine.

Let us take in these words which Ellen Grace O’Brian offers us in her book Living The Eternal Way: Spiritual Meaning And Practice For Daily Life (1998):

"I am the boundless ocean.
This way and that,
The wind, blowing where it will,
Drives the ship of the world.
But I am not shaken.
I am the unbounded deep
In whom the waves of all the worlds
Naturally rise and fall.
But I do not rise or fall.
I am the infinite deep
In whom all the worlds
Appear to rise.
Beyond all form,
Forever still.
Even so am I." (50)

The Bhagavad Gita, commonly refered to as the Gita, proposes a fundamental design towards enlightenment. Spiritual enlightenment isn’t always derived through communion with the divine, but often through understanding of divine law and divine design. Sometimes this enlightenment originates through spiritual healing or nutritional healing. Spiritual belief bridging between law and enlightenment often finds middle ground in nutritional healing. There are many nutritional ways to create energy healing through a change in one’s belief system. Just as spiritual healing compliments growth, spiritual growth is boosted by positive energy. Discovering the nature of your true self will usually induce necessary healing of the mind and body.
