Physical Uses: This mineral helps people to get along well with others. It also encourages its user to "let your light shine." Bringing both stimulus and responsiveness to the user, Danburite has powerful effects on the intellect. Different Types: Danburite can be found in a configuration known as "The Buddha Crystal." The Buddha Crystal is recognized by the existence of an illusion resembling "Buddha-Sitting." By looking through the main face of the crystal, to the back of the crystal, then to the position at the top of the back of the crystal, the illusion can be located. There is a line in this location resembling a throne, upon which there is a figure similar to the "Buddha-Sitting" position. This stone has been used to stimulate meditation, a "no-mind state." It holds within itself an omnipotent energy that stimulates the pineal gland, induces the receipt of information from the higher-self, and brings tranquility and harmony to all situations. It is a stone of Shangrila, and is said to have been used to bring the harmony and accord of this civilization to those who share the energy. It has been used to contact and to help transfer information from the elders of the ancient civilizations of India, Tibet, and China.
