Description: Rhodochrosite crystallizes in the form of masses, grains, columns, crusts, botryoidal structures, rare rhombohedral crystals, and rare crystals with rounded striated faces. Rhodochrosite is a fairly recent discovery in the mineral kingdom, and it comes in shades of orange and pink, having stripes of various width in shades of white.
