Introduction
There are symbols in life, mnemonic devices, which guide the lower-mind into the unconditional ecstasy of being-consciousness-bliss, awareness, however intuitive the relationship, through light, sound, and life. These symbols include colors, music, meditation and movements, metaphors, archetypes ("I" deals not idols), principal aspects and characteristic attributes of architecture (not deifications), primal hierarchy of forces and elements, sacred geometric form(s), and the human being, not static but a living relationship and direct encounter with self. The Scarab beetle symbolizes the sun's movement through the Zodiac, seasonal movement across a landscape, the transfiguration on the cross of the solstices and equinoxes, and the butterfly symbolizes the metamorphic promise of this transfiguration, the emergence from the chrysalis to spread wings into the light of the sun and fly. This teaching presents this relationship, a mono-synthesis of thesis and anti-thesis, as revelation for the Children of Living Light, and is inclusive of Alchemical methodology for opening a direct send/receive channel of communion with the "I AM," for the co-creative evolution and ascension of all creation.

This being said, however, I must tell you not to be discouraged if you are barely able to understand what is given in this course. Hermetics is a very scientific approach to spirituality, and is not for everyone. Many might say that spirituality should be quite simple and not depend on the mind's ability to absorb knowledge, but Hermetics has a different approach. It may seem quite heady, and geared more for the intellectual types, but it is none-the-less a path to Truth just as the simpler approaches to spirituality are. Absorb what you can, and get a taste for Hermetics to see if it is for you. If you are the scientist type, this might be quite fascinating to you, whereas the person who goes more on intuition and a feeling sense of things might find all of this to be a bit boring or even overly intellectualized. Be assured that any path that is presented leads to the same place, ultimately, and that is the realization of Self as the Oneness in all things.
Hermetics is based on teachings from an ancient character name Hermes Trismegistus. (Please see UMS courses Gods, Goddesses & Mythology, Egyptian and Greek sections for more information on Hermes and his teachings.) This Teaching is in reverence of the cohesive interdependence and interconnectedness of all life within Earth's bio-region, its bio-diversity and sanctity, recognizing symbiosis and synergy, it envisions sustainability and livability, applauding those who've not simply chosen a diet in harmony with nature, but an "I"deological return to forest dwelling to enhance the environment and quality of life, its deep-ecology, a return to the naturalistic and minimalist lifestyle, leading away from any centralized authority and their pseudo and ephemeral social laws, of no inherent value when not based foundationally on the utilitarian law of nature. This teaching envisions an intentional coming together of Children of Living Light, a tribal focus on interactivity and collaboration, mutual-aid and free-agreement, voluntary co-operation and communalism, free-trade and barter, an agrarian and pastoral vegetarian food economy and conservation of our eco-system, all for the purpose of synergy and communion. There is a living teaching evolving one-another in its song, chant, dance, meditation, art, healing, and sharing in the ritual of living in the presence and harmony of being, embracing and being embraced by love; not a love of mnemonic devices, impersonal mapping-systems for circumscribing and transcribing the spiral (radial) matrix of one poly-morphogenetic unified (universal) energy field, called the field, but a most direct relationship, not liberating the human being from nature, but liberating the human being to embrace all life within the All.
In hyper-time the seeker will find the mind of the All, not super-natural but super-normal and super-rational, eternally enduring the process of its symbolic ontology, from seed, to tree, to flowering and bearing fruit; and its symbol known as the human instrument is a fruit tree bearing fruit whose seed is in itself. There is no self-realization, there is only one self, humanity is of one mind experiencing itself subjectively and witnessing itself objectively, the "I AM," and the life-form the human instrument takes may bear witness to the processes of creation from its vantage point in unconditional love. So it is, for the sake of existential transparency (being trans-parent), here continue axioms of Hermes Trismegistus (Greek: "Thrice-Great"), The Great Great, The Greatest Great, Master Of Masters, and a purport concerning the practical application of Hermetic Alchemy, hermetic meaning "secret" and/or "sealed". Alchemy comes from the arabic al-khemie "black art" from the word al-khem "black lands," symbolically denoting the journey across the shadows of the heart.

The All Is Mind
One may rationalize that originally there was nothing, the mind (God) was not active, and nothing was so vast it was the All. This vastness of empty-space (void or pneumatic vacuum), boundless (un-curved), was absolute. Natural time is said to have been fixed (hyper-time), but it is also true that creation must derive from something. Hypothetically, that "something" is the unlimited realm of all possibilities within the vastness of nothing, the infinite light and pure potential to create, for nothing must contain the possibility of something.

This ambience or essence of the mind, an ambient ground-state symbolized by a standing light wave, allows permanence amidst change; All is the mind stuff of the dream of creation. The All may be acted upon by the awakened mind, just as the human instrument may awaken the life-force inherent within it, in dream and life, and awaken to its inherent being-consciousness-bliss. What manifests within manifests without, the ground-state renders a dynamic, though finite and transient, life-form.

Four Energy Zones
In the energy regime of the continuum (void or vacuum) of renewing life-force energy, the cyclic activity of seed germination, tree growth, flower blossoming, and fruit bearing, symbolic of human embryogenesis, the life-form is bound in the act of preserving an efficient economy of energy in motion, this is an alchemical art, in which stability (duration) must be attained in movement toward symmetry while holding awareness of the absolute truth. An inefficient energy regime produces deficient energy, thus the necessary coordination of natural or synchronic order (temporal and spatial order), phase-syncing the mind-heart-body (the alchemical cauldron for the steaming of life-force energy), using the law against lower laws, conducting or orchestrating a rhythmic flux/flow of life-force energy, and the symmetry of its life-form establishing permanence (stability) amidst change or duration (hyper-time). Physical space is the omni-lateral radiation (movement) of forces, which following the transmutation of energy comes to the conception of time in which all action occurs (phenomenology), and time (or gravity) is a psychic measure (delusion) of the perpetual direct-line movement of energy in the form of a succession of radiations of force in a certain direction from a central point. Any line of force may be acted upon and taken in a curve, but the station of duration is the absolute reality.
There are primarily four energy zones within the continuum, by which the primordial quintessential reality, or absolute truth underlying lower-realities, is united to physical nature. These four energy zones are:
- emanation-exemplification (light),
- creation-extension (sound),
- formation-expansion (geometry), and
- activity-phenomenal enhancement (form).
These four energy zones are used by one infinite, principally homogenous, creative being, omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient (infinity is a linear concept), to hypostatize its essence in life-form.
A lofty state of meditation is to act without imagination (desire/aversion, attraction/repulsion), dissolving the lesser-maze of the ego, a melting gaze in awe of the eternal light, its silent stillness. Similar to hypostasis, hypnosis draws the lower-mind outward subjectively, although it is ego-centric vanity of the lower-mind to attach itself to its narrative. Internally this narrative is the volition of the lower-minds mundane tendency toward banality and ordinary irrationality based on hypothetical causal factors and illusory effects generating a meme (mental virus), a lie which the lower-mind reciprocates out of ignorance and ambition, self-will, the mundane or ordinary psychical-emotional-physical activity of anti-life, choosing the inertia of inorganic gravity or negative entropy over organic gravity (affinity). The emotional body expresses itself through the mental and physical body.
Externally, energy, when serving the self-will to satisfy an ego programmed preference (for gratification or suffering), is acutely experienced during the withdrawal of energy outward into conflict management dramas with personalities. This manifests as aloofness, submissiveness, or forcefulness, which demonstrate the pushing or pulling in the compromise for energy. Instead of an ego imagined narrative, collaborative strategies may be embraced, such as those necessary in the sexual alchemy of sacred marriage wherein two partners, who have defined objectives such as co-creative work with nature, the goal being a benefit of energy, seek to enhance all life by their living presence, their pair-bond is neither a taking nor a dispersion of energy. There is no domination in sacred sex. Psycho-physical energy must be retained. For example there is reciprocity between thought and the physical life form, reaction/response reciprocates energy to the ego, and the momentum of will is neutralized by the curvature of space and linear-time.

Cause & Effect
A non-linear sequence, or chain, of lives have one common core essence of the mind, incarnating in a physical life-form given the preconditions and optimal environment for life. During this sequence, events happen with no need of observation or explanation, nor awareness of the medium (nature of mind) in which any event is embedded and perpetually fills the void-vacuum of time-space. Nature connects every event moment by moment. Consciousness is regulated by natural laws, and nature is the agent of activity.
"Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause; everything happens according to Law; chance is but a name for Law not recognized; there are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the Law. Nothing escapes the Principle of Cause and Effect, but there are many Planes of Causation, and one may use the laws of the higher to overcome the laws of the lower. The Wise ones serve on the higher, but rule on the lower. They obey the laws coming from above them, but on their own plane, and those below them, they rule and give orders. And, yet, in so doing, they form a part of the Principle, instead of opposing it. The Wise man [woman] falls in with the Law, and by understanding its movement he [she] operates it instead of being its blind slave... Wise man [woman] and fool, are subject to Law. The primal origin of creation was the first cause. The vastness of "nothing" is hypothetically causeless because there wasn't as yet something to affect it. It is considered nothing because the all is unknowable, non-being, unfathomable and fathomless, yet creation was the effect of the first cause, being the primal division of one into duality. Duality is the antipodal endpoints (extremes) and maximal contrast of duals of one being. In a human being, it is the contrast between radiations, their juxtaposition, and subjectively and objectively the one and the many (a unity in multiplicity). All is qualitatively one in essence (qualified non-dualism), qualitatively pure-polarity and quantitatively whole, demonstrating the possibility of the solar organism of the human instrument becoming an organic unity restoring the law, the natural or synchronic order, and resonating at the frequency of duration.
One begins to experience harmonic resonance with the law as time-space synchronicities at resonant frequency or vector energy junctures, spatial points (vortexes) of fluid integration with the field and holographic memory. When/where two or more tones-states-moods phase-sync, act as one or overlap one another—making the two one and the one two, the inside like the outside, and the outside like the inside. The human instrument may play an octave or octaves of tones-states-moods, an octave being a coherent cycle of frequencies in which any tone-state-mood can be sounded to produce its overtone on other octaves. All tones-states-moods are interchangeable, dynamic and dependent on vibration, in motion, kinetic and vibrating (never static yet transient), and vibration constructs the causal (idea) matrix rendering an "I"mage. Thus vibration initiates expansion and ascension, and an underlying hum is the character or signature frequency of a balanced Human Energy Field (HEF), the very signature of God perpetually restructuring and restoring a self-effulgent universe. The human being is on its journey to becoming a self-effulgent, life-generating sun of fluid light, a journey initiated by nurturing the planted Seed, meaning to crystallize biological essence within the crystal prism of the Human Instrument, distilling vital and sexual life-force energy into its essence, and synthesizing the crystalline cellular structure of the solar organism with this essence guiding the one to the unitive perception of the all.

Embryology
The Wave-Form Universe is the womb or ovum for the embryogenesis of the human being. Its amniotic essence is the infinite light, eternal, without beginning or end, though its ocean of energy (thought and life) and flows like a fountain in perpetual cycles of birth-life-death, creation-preservation-destruction, within the continuum, a vacuous void for the "I" magination of The Mind of The All (God Dreams).
"The Universe is Mental-held in the Mind of THE ALL... THE ALL creates in its Infinite Mind countless Universes, which exist for eons of Time-and yet, to THE ALL, the creation, development, decline and death of a million Universes is as the time of the twinkling of an eye... The Infinite Mind of THE ALL is the womb of universes... Within the Father-Mother Mind, mortal children are at home... There is no one who is Fatherless, nor Motherless in the Universe."

From a geo-centric (earth-centered) perspective of linear-time and curved-space (symbolized by sacred geometries emanating from a central point within a circumference) the absolute may be considered the center or zero-point of eternity, heliocentrically (sun centered) a human being realizes itself to be the light of the world. A sun warps the time-space continuum around it in the shape of an inverted cone which spinning at key speeds generates a quantum singularity—an anomaly binding/warping energy, distorting time-space. Creatively, the human instrument, using solar energy latent in the earth (soil) and other elements, may, given the preconditions and optimal environment of life, generate a localized quantum singularity likewise triggering a quantum fluctuation (similar to that which triggered the big bang and subsequent inflation of the field). This cycle continues until quantum coherence is attained. The human instrument may powerfully draw/attract energy inward at the event horizon (threshold) of organic gravity (affinity), and spinning/whirling faster and faster at higher and higher frequencies, constricting and condensing energy, tighter and tighter, condensing to a point of singularity. This is the point of crossing the event horizon to fluidly integrate with the All and attain quantum coherence/fluidity or super radiance. The crystal or light body is ionized with light—the atomic unwinding and unity of life-form with essence. Attaining this level one achieves holographic memory, which as stated before may begin to be experienced at any spatial point, resonant frequency or vector energy juncture. Given the truth that linear-time and the curvature of space are "I"magined, the point of direct encounter and relationship is anywhere and everywhere, although there is no fixed point in the universe.

The solar organism of the human instrument is a micro-heliocosm (sun), and every atomic fractal of itself contains an enormous amount of energy. Atoms incessantly vibrate, and consist of a positively charged nucleus, protons and electrically neutral neutrons, surrounded by negatively charged electrons, and held/bound together by a strong nuclear force. The nucleus is less than one ten-thousandth the size of the atom, but contains 99.9% of its mass. Thus, matter is mostly empty-space (void). Just as the human instrument is a point in time-space, the atom is a micro-heliocosm (sun), and unit of pure energy seeking to resolve its imbalance. In fact, the demand for symmetry generates a stress-field until balanced, and the smallest unit of time is the period taken by an atom to traverse its own unity of space. The negative charge must be cleared from the atomic body. An atom is a holographic fractal of the solar organism and life-form of the human instrument, and the solar organism is a fractal of the sun. Now-space, as is the atom, is kinetic and vibrating, thus the symmetry of form in which stability (stations of consciousness) is sought requires the repetition of sacred geometric patterns encoding a life-form throughout its developmental embryogenesis.

Sacred Geometries
Sacred geometries are resonant structures, harmonic patterns (which may be received by senses and transmitted to the lower-mind for interpretation). Geometric forms which, unless given life, are fixed and static. It is the inherent properties of the golden spiral that compel all sacred geometric forms to implode or transcend. The golden spiral is an inherent component within both angular and spherical geometry. Masculinity is represented by straight lines, femininity by curved lines, their points of meeting being spatial points for mapping the field. The golden spiral is the force creating the vortex-field in sacred geometrical forms through which all harmonic patterns transcend form and move into quantum coherence/fluidity. The sacred aspect of geometry is the relationship between form and vibration.
The most familiar sacred geometrical forms are the platonic solids which physically describe the volumes enclosed by these patterns. A platonic solid may be defined as the surface delineating a fully enclosed volume, all lengths defining any portion of the volume are equal, as are the values of all interior angles defining the corners. Conceptually, each solid may be thought of as a single unit (cell) of form, repeating until it falls back upon itself with adjacent, matching units (cells), each angle formed by the meeting of the units (cells), and the dimensions of each side of the unit (cell) are equal. At present, there are five solids known that meet this criteria (and correlate with the five elements), they are, in order of increasing complexity as defined by the number of faces: Tetrahedron (4), Cube-Hexahedron (6), Octahedron (8), Dodecahedron (12), and Icosahedron.
The term "platonic" is a reference to the scientist and philosopher Plato, who said, "Geometry is the knowledge of the Eternally Existent," and "rhythm and symmetry are everywhere identical with beauty and excellence." Plato was initiated into the ancient mysteries studied at Heliopolis (Greek "City of the Sun"), a great center of scientific and priestly learning in ancient Egypt. Plato's philosophy is best understood by studying Pythagorean sciences: arithmetic, geometry, music theory, and astronomy. Pythagoras was a mathematician. His major contribution was the Golden Ratio, best symbolized by the Golden Rectangle which, when squared, leaves a Golden Rectangle behind with the same unique ratio. It is important to note that Pythagoras gave credit for his knowledge to Hermes, and was a vegetarian. Connecting a curve through the concentric Golden Rectangles generates the Golden Spiral, which is found microcosmically in the DNA strand and macrocosmically in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Rhythm And The Art Of Polarity
"Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates... Rhythm may be neutralized by an application of the Art of Polarization."

Form equals vibration. A change in vibration correlates with a change in rhythm, but holographic projection ceases at a point of quantum coherence/fluidity (integration) with life-force essence, identity or fixation with the human instrument's wave-form is severed at the head (the ego falls into role playing what is projected), the life-force energy must be distributed to and throughout all the three bodies (mental-emotional-physical) and correlating three brains/nervous systems. Until balanced, the human instrument, like an atom, is a point traversing its own synchronic order, and the human instrument, while being the point of integration (anywhere and everywhere) with the ocean of energy (thought and life), is simultaneously the spatial points of impact/encounter with waves (quantum fluctuations and life catalysts) upon the ocean, but also point(s) at which higher waves may be used to push (pressure) the inward transcendence of the localized field of broad-spectrum light. The human instrument may become aware of itself as its own center of gravity (either centripetal and attractive or centrifugal and repulsive).
"To change your mood or mental state—change your vibration... To destroy an undesirable rate of mental vibration, put into operation the Principle of Polarity and concentrate upon the opposite pole to that which you desire to suppress... Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled."

The human instrument ascends by first synchronizing tonal spectrums of life-force energy, correlating with state and mood, attaining harmonic resonance and finally quantum coherence/fluidity. This initial phase-syncing is possible even if different bio-rhythms of the solar organism (mental-emotional-physical) have differing frequency or amplitude. When two waves phase-sync (overlap) the combined amplitude is greater, signal reception is strengthened, and two (or more) colliding waves exchange encoded information by osmosis. Waves have a virtually infinite and non-linear capacity for information storage. The human wave-forms themselves store and share information by osmosis, and may phase-sync most directly during mutual peaks of sexual ecstasy with a marriage partner (releasing sexual energy interrupts this ecstasy). Resonant transduction is a way of ascending the octaves of life, it is also known as wave harmonics (the music of the spheres), requiring the meta-programming language of light, sound (vibration, frequency, rhythm), and life, and simply is passing directly from one frequency (programming code) to another. The inertia of lower frequencies being ascended not simply by attunement or harmonic resonance, but using the tuned human instrument to vibrate at higher frequencies, especially transcending those of subjective and arbitrary linear experience. The human instrument is the "weight" and "measure" of: the periodicity or recurrence of any wave-form; light, sound, and life, even number and letter; the oscillation (vacillation) or flow of energy rushing and returning from source; and change, equal to one wavelength (the distance between two peaks/troughs of a wave on a standing light-wave or ambient ground state), the frequency of change equals the number of wavelengths passing a point (any wave effects the entire ocean).
"The half-wise, recognizing the comparative unreality of the universe, imagine that they may defy its Laws... the truly wise, knowing the nature of the Universe, use Law against laws; the higher against the lower; and by the Art of Alchemy transmute that which is undesirable into that which is worthy, and thus triumph. Memory
The ego lives almost exclusively in memory, and linear-time is the magnetic memory of impacts/encounters with waves, within the conceptual continuum (void/vacuum) of energy. This is considered horizontal or vertical thinking, it is the record of ripples of effect. Ego is the reaction/response to said stimuli. Energy vibrations are associated with the Corpus Collosum, mid-brain, and brain-stem allowing senses to be confused for real awareness. The totality of causes and effects equals the continuum, or multiplicity of impacts, and the sum of dynamic relationships, the interplay of: in-breath/out-breath inner/outer, contraction/expansion, gathering/separation, annihilation/preservation (and sustenance), presence and illusion of absence, subject/object, active/passive, macro-micro, involution and evolution, etc. The ego uses the human instrument to determine arbitrary value, while a moment of Now or Zero-Point allows one to read/receive from the field of the mind. This is holographic memory, considered vertical awareness, Now is a direct Relationship with The "I AM." Presence or prescience is the realization that NOW, each moment of Action, determines past and future, not the reverse. This is the Power of Now, the ego-centric discrimination between the past and future is linear. The delusion of the dynamic curvature of space and linear-time (cause and effect) allows the absolute to orbit the symmetry of form, but only the absolute center allows for real stability. The human instrument's non-linear intuitive synthesis and awareness of synchronicities, the restoration of synchronic order, harmonic resonance, and finally quantum coherence/fluidity, requires a reciprocal return to essence in the synergy of life.

Organic Gravity
Earth's gravity tends to draw energies toward its center of inorganic gravity when released outward, versus the organic gravity of energy cultivation inward toward one's own center, where solar energy pushes organic cellular groups away from the planetary center toward increasingly higher and higher frequencies transcending the four energy zones. Gravity and vitality are correlative (just as vitality and virility are). The dynamic formations of the infinite variety of matter, an aggregate of the movement of atoms, necessarily creates the preconditions of evolution toward the higher dynamic forms. Lower dynamic forms are those governed by gravitation (attraction and repulsion), and higher life-forms tend to draw energies toward their center. The center is the directive force these dynamic formations are grouped around, a center of organic gravitation generated by the higher currents according as the preconditions and optimal environment for their formation exist (meaning the presence of higher currents of energy). The highest forms are currents of pure energy unbound by gravity, thus the higher the material form of life the greater its ability to consciously establish and produce in itself the higher vibrations.
The superiority of any life-form is directly proportional to:
- its ability to establish the higher vibrations,
- the faculties of producing such higher currents of energy,
- the degree of development reached by such currents.
The final triumph is being self awareness or realization of pure mind, the highest current, the most attractive force, the all attractive supreme personality of godhead, thus knowing the source to be within, an ever flowing and replenishing fountain, unconditioned essence propagating a form of energy with a greater velocity than light, sound, and life form.

Resonance
The resonator or bio-transducer (of all wavelengths) known to the human instrument as the solar organism, is a frequency modulated code-message radiated into the creative and generative field, a malleable life-force essence which generates patterns and form(s), and may be altered or acted upon by waves (including intention and observation of the lower-mind). The human life form is an aggregate of correlating radiations bound by motion, and the physical body of the human instrument is an arrangement of energies, a coalescence and particulate convergence of that energy stepping down from subtle to denser sub-matrices, ordered vibration patterns (sacred geometries), rendering a virtual "I"mage or wave-form upon the field, and the spiral is actualized and ramified by the life-form.
Examining the electrophysiology (correlating with the meridians) of the solar organism, the bio-crystalline cellular structure of the physical body coordinates with the bio-electric network of energy circuits of the resonator and subtle energy centers (vortexes) of the human instrument. The cellular structure is electrically based and interacts with the earth's electromagnetic field (EMF) of inorganic gravity, and the inertia of negative entropy, binding the solar energies and resisting acceleration to zero-point, perpetuating magnetic memory, a record also called the holographic magnetic consciousness grid and matter matrix of the human instrument which envelopes the life-force essence. The physical body is also a hermetic vessel (chalice) and organic alchemical laboratory for the reorganization of scattered solar radiations latent in terrestrial radiations (topsoil) and other elements in order to generate a resonant human energy field (HEF), an aural shield of the crystal prism template resonantly linking electrically based cells with the field. The HEF is a fractal of the field. The subtle energy centers are used for the transduction of solar energy as it is extracted by the solar organism from food and surrounding elements for light-ionization not only of the HEF but the solar organism. The electrically based matter and cellular structures of the grosser physical body orient in space like crystals on the crystal prism template using the EMF. The super-radiance of the solar organism follows tetrahedral (solar) bonding patterns of proteins, phosphates, blood, and DNA recombination of 48 chromosomes (46 physical and 2 Etheric) and 64 codons (switches), 64 possible combinations of the oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon that allows the genetic expression and cycling of cells again and again following the blue-print of the Template (cellular regeneration every 7 years). The spiral (radial) matrix DNA strand codes the cellular bonding patterns producing a unique stress-field of super-radiant energy. The stress-field is a void/vacuum from which creation flows in and out from, a point in time-space of in-pouring and out-pouring, the capacity of the flow being the threshold or range of frequency awareness, the highest being qualified non-dualism or qualitatively pure polarity—a direct encounter with The "I AM" validating our existence as being-consciousness-bliss; gnosis of the absolute truth. The denser a body the longer its amplitude of vibration. Higher life forms have shorter amplitude. Capacitance is the potential to receive and discharge energy. Any crystal may channel/transmit energy, and a human being may emanate energy for healing purposes.
The prism and energy transduction system of the universe is called the macrocosmic orbit, and that of the human instrument is called the microcosmic orbit. The macroverse of energy-matter-energy is reflected by the microverse of active-latent-active radiations. The sun's energy is trapped by the earth, where it remains latent and inactive within the top-soil. This energy may be reactivated when food containing solar energy is absorbed and assimilated by a human being. The crystal prism template and light filtration system, is an energy transduction system consisting of: subtle centers, nodal points, energy conduits or meridians, three brain(s)/nervous systems, and grosser layers of the physical body. The subtle centers in order of descent awaken awareness to: pure energy, superior personality or super-position, quantum awareness, intellectual awareness, emotional awareness, and physical awareness. The crystal prisms functions are: amplification, balancing, capacitance, coherence, diagnosis, emanation, focusing, generation, magnification, modulation, oscillation, reception, refraction, resonant transduction, stabilization, storage/containment, transmutation, transference, transformation, treatment, and transmission of life-force energy. One may navigate the microcosmic and macrocosmic orbit via energy mapping systems of the field. Three Brains/Nervous Systems
Action on the material plane of the fourth energy zone is relative, especially as it relates to sexual energy through the three brains/nervous systems. For example, the ecstatic response in the sexual center (2nd subtle center) and sexual organs/glands, and the motor brain (instinct), neural data interpreted at the point of stimuli, and the distillation of sexual energy into life-force essence in a higher point of flux/flow at the 7th subtle center. Thus the three brains/nervous systems warrant some description for the aspirant of the Hermetic Art of Ecstatic Alchemy. In brief, when the microcosmic orbit is opened/cleared the energy flows in a circuit between the two poles (1st and 7th subtle centers) via the central energy channel within the spinal cord linking vital organs to subtle centers which vitalize them. The human instrument is used optimally to absorb (receive), assimilate (transform), conserve (retain), cultivate, circulate (cycle), transmute and transfigure, vital and sexual life-force energies, distilling its essence, and crystallizing the human instrument as pure light.
The cerebrospinal or central nervous system (mental brain) is formed by the two hemispheres of the cerebrum (the crown of the head at which is an aperture considered the central point or positive pole of the human spiral), the cerebellum, and the medulla oblongata or sacred spinal medulla, which communes with the pituitary and pineal glands (it is the pineal gland which must be activated to restore the crown and for energy travel (in/out) macrocosmically). The medulla connects the cerebellum with the sacred spinal medulla, and is the cerebral cortex and seat of the pineal gland, the point of hormone control, the altar of sacrificing the "me" and distillation of the "I AM," the center of omnipresence, omniscience, and omnipotence. It is typical to oscillate between the two hemispheres of the brain, the right side masculine or objective/active, and the feminine subjective/passive, the feminine being the creative. The medulla communes with the frontal part of the brain between the eye-brows, at the pituitary gland and hypothalamus, making up the autonomic nervous system, where consciousness is turned outward from the medulla (and vulnerable to ego identification).
The pons varoli is a part of the brain stem situated above the medulla oblongata, and centered below the two hemispheres of the cerebrum, cerebellum, and medulla. The pons varoli is the location of the mind. It is small in size (1"x 1" x 1 ½"), and contains the ascending and descending motor tracts that connect the brain to the rest of the body through which travel through a dense network of nerve cells (cells of endless thought). This is called the reticular formation, whose function is to arouse to activity the rest of the brain, and to regulate the 24 hour cycle of sleep and waking. The pons varoli contains a particular structure, the blue space, a small concentrated cluster of cells, containing norepinephrine, a chemical substance that stimulates mobilization that prepares the body to action, this structure is involved in arousal, dreaming, sleep, and mood. The primary channels/canals of the energetic grand sympathetic nervous system (emotional brain) and the parasympathetic nervous system (physical brain) stimulates the hemispheres of the brain. This is controlled by breath flow, the right nostril stimulates the left side of the brain, and the left nostril stimulates the right side of the brain.
Deep breathing opens eight cranial bones allowing energy to circulate to the highest subtle center at the crown which is responsible for production and function of the cerebrospinal fluid, and transmutation-formation of super-sexual life-force essence. Relaxed deep abdominal breathing, besides calming the gross physical body, cleanses the lungs, heart, and other organs, and purifies channels of currents of energy in the subtle and gross nervous systems. Deep breathing can cure disease, and automatically induces the process of transmutation of conserved vital and sexual energy into pure life-force essence, the circulation of which rarifies the mental, emotional, and physical bodies, awakening the higher subtle centers to the flux/flow of energy, and crystallizes.
The grand sympathetic nervous system is the negative pole located in the heart (while it is true that the 1st subtle center is the negative pole of the microcosmic orbit). The heart is a brain, not just a simple pump. It is in fact a highly complex, self-organized, information processing center, and approximately 60-65% of the cells of the heart are actually neural cells identical to the neural cells in the brain, not muscle cells. They operate through the same connecting links called ganglia, whose ganglia are linked to every major organ in the body and the entire muscle spindle system that uniquely enables humans to express their emotions. The heart has the same axonal and dendritic connections that take place in the brain, as well as the very same kinds of neurotransmitters found in the brain. The heart is the nucleus, analogous to a tube torus (symbolized by a mobius strip), the causal link wherein the action of the lower-mind manifests in the physical body. The heart channels correlate with nerves that emanate from the spinal cord and the highest path corresponding to the entire complex of cranial nerves (and bones). The nerves emanating from the spinal cord primarily deal with touch and feeling. Cranial nerves primarily deal with sight, hearing, taste and smell, each nerve of the heart being a channel which the mind exerts control over and by which the mind is reached (silenced and stilled). The heart provides the vital life-force energy to the three brains/nervous systems. The heart is in two-way communication with the lower-mind, both continuously influencing the other. The heart communicates with the brain in four major ways: neurologically (through the transmission of nerve impulses), bio-chemically (via hormones and neurotransmitters), bio-physically (through pressure waves), and energetically (through EMF interactions). This communication along these conduits significantly affects the brain activity.
One of the crystal prism template's key interfaces is the heart, a possible reciprocal and non-linear attunement. Thus, one must use psycho-genic (mind-generating) vital forces/energies to exert an influence on the grand sympathetic nervous system also known as the endocrine (glandular/hormonal) system, and the sex organs; this vital force is super-sexual life-force essence. Reabsorbing the constituent vital elements of semen and ovum, extracted and distilled from the reproductive/generative organs into its essence, the semen and ovum may be found to be the ultimate potent nutritional product of the body facilitating the crystallization and light body—super radiance.
There exists a link between thought or psychical activity and form or physical activity. Form is an intelligent structure preserved in memory by instrumentation upon the medium of "I"magination. This Hermetic Alchemy is for the program fulfillment of the meta-programming encoding the field, and all life, not ego fulfillment (ambition), but the consecration of all human activity (thoughts, words, deeds) sacrificing the ego to the co-creative work with the law. The ego-centric perspective is to imagine a fixed idea-point, a "me," yet being is trans-personal (transcending the personal) The ego's speculation into, and estimation of value (differentiated by wavelength) is based on a running commentary or lower-mind-tape (magnetic) rather than determining superiority by the hierarchy of forces (celestial, solar, lunar, terrestrial, vital). While it is true the mind-brain averages and arranges interlinking/penetrating waves into a continuity of reality, the difference is how the mind (unconditionally) and the ego (conditionally) experiences the vacillations of change. The human instrument, exposed to all wavelengths simultaneously, is emotionally wired, projecting the imagined idea, wave and particle. The emotional brain (cognitive) has direct, potentially unmediated, neural connections with the heart. The brain makes a qualitative evaluation of our experience of this world and sends that information moment by moment down to the heart. Arbitrary judgment qualifies, this is conditional, unconditional love does not qualify. Its only requirement is sincere receptivity. This is devotion, sincere receiving, not pious action but intense eagerness to serve as an instrument of the mind.
The vertebral spinal column has 33 vertebral chambers: 7 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, 5 sacrum, and 4 coccyx. The central energy channel (an ethereal spinal cord or cerebrospinal vertical axis), is the vertical power line that runs up and down the spine, and has seven subtle centers of consciousness with two opposing magnetic poles. The entire field is in the central energy channel, which runs through the length of the medullar canal from the 1st subtle center at the base of the spine to the 7th subtle center at the crown. Energy rises/raises up this central channel which controls the gross functions of all subtle centers although they are more a part of the subtler body(s) than the gross physical body. The central energy channel has three layers: an outer layer; a middle layer which provides the powers of expansion and contraction (ebb and flow of current), extending upward from the sacral center (2nd subtle center). An inner layer controls activities related to consciousness. The activities of the three layers are controlled primarily by the 7th subtle center of consciousness at the crown. The central energy channel is the sacred spine of the causal body (thought vibrations), a strong current of consciousness.
The location of the seven major subtle centers (chakras) correspond to the major nerve plexuses of the physical body, which has three brain(s) with nerve pairs forming plexuses at the cervical, dorsal, lumbar, sacral, and coccyx regions. This is a many-branched peripheral nervous system in which an ethereal condition of vibrations exists between the aperture at the crown of the head and the cervical center (opposite the throat). The subtle condition of vibration extends from the cervical center, through the dorsal center (opposite the heart) to the lumbar center (opposite the navel). A gross-physical condition of vibration extends from the lumbar center, through the sacral center (opposite the generative organs), to the coccyx center (at the base of the spine). The mundane activity of the nervous system mainly consists of electrical and chemical impulses that should pass unobstructed by sense impulses to the mind when not inhibited (resisted) by cycles of formed (conditioned) impulses which directly influence (and obstruct) the nervous system and the breath, habits of experience, emotions, and memories.

Scientific Vegetarianism
Optimal nutrition builds and renews, supports metabolism, regulates processes, alkalizes, preserves optimal energy levels yielding a surplus of energy, and vitalizes sexual/generative organs. Eating an optimal diet prevents strain on the three brains/nervous systems, reduces chronic maladies, prevents and heals disease, increases longevity and virility, assists in the reversal of age-related decline in brain(s) function and cognitive motor performance, cleanses psycho-physical toxins and pollutants, and increases physical vigor. Vegetarian food should be eaten preferably raw, whole, organic, non-pasteurized/processed, and free of unnatural preservatives and fillers.
The energy regime is a sexual energy regime, and input must be greater than (exceed) output, approximately 30-35% (between 25-45%) of absorbed and assimilated (converted) energy in the form of food and other elements directly absorbed from nature (ether, air, sun, water, earth) is used daily to produce sexual energy (and distilled into super-sexual life-force essence), the goal is to have a benefit of energy to be distilled, not simply the maximum efficiency or balance of energy input-output (including orgasm), thus scientific vegetarianism, in conjunction with scientific chastity, promotes energy charge and cultivation for inner transmutation of sexual energy into super-sexual life-force essence used for transfiguration, the cleansing, purification, and rarifying of vibrations, and organizing the fractals of the solar organism (crystal shards) into a super-radiant, quantum coherent fluid, the crystal prism harnessing the power of the sun and co-creates with that energy in harmony with the law.
Alignment of the mental, emotional, and physical bodies correlating with three brains/nervous systems (the grand sympathetic and parasympathetic being two parts of the autonomic nervous system):
Mental brain - cerebrospinal nervous system (vertical axis)
Emotional brain - grand sympathetic nervous system
Motor-instinctual or sexual physical brain - parasympathetic nervous system
Nutritionally, phase syncing the three bio-rhythms (mental, emotional, physical) is tied into solar/lunar activity in relation to the planet earth. The active solar radiations from the sun are latent within the earth's terrestrial radiations, and may be reactivated by a human being when solar radiations are reabsorbed as food, and assimilated following cycles of the moon. Between the waning to new moon eat a detoxifying and cleansing diet, or fast (the new moon is exactly between the sun and earth). Between the waxing to full moon eat a regenerative diet, absorb reinforcing and building foods. It is also imperative to eat with successive cycles of the year and seasons: spring and its vernal equinox (solar forces dominate); summer and its solstice (terrestrial forces dominate); fall and its autumnal equinox (human forces dominate); and winter and its solstice (cosmic forces dominate).
Classifications and percentage of food for optimal nutrition (avoiding all bio-acidic foods including meat):
75% alkalizing - 25% acid forming foods
25% biogenic (Life-generating; sprouts)
50% bioactive (Life-activated)
25% biostatic (Life-static; cooked vegetarian)
Body's % of food and function (not % of daily intake, see daily ration):
60-70% water from fruits and vegetables, and raw milk (unless vegan); function: waster flushing and cleansing (regulation; the physical body is more than 70% water).
19% proteins which are present in all plants especially beans, peas, outer germinal portion of grains/cereals, in fruits, nuts, and milk/eggs (unless vegan). Function: a building food. Its nutritive value depends on the kind and proportion of amino acids, the building blocks from which proteins are constructed. Thus the quantity of protein and number of essential amino acids is correlative; complete protein: almonds, soybeans, peanuts, brazil nuts, and dairy (unless vegan); incomplete protein: fruit, vegetables, cereals, peas, beans, lentils, and most nuts.
15% fats and oils, found in most assimilable form in nuts and cereals, also in milk, butter, cheese, eggs (unless vegan), and vegetable oils. Fats and oils are fuel foods (heat producers), and should only be manufactured by the body from food substances, mainly carbohydrates. It is more stable and valuable as a fuel. A vegan diet is not suggested in very cold climates because the body needs the extra fats/oils these foods provide when the body's fat is rapidly used up in maintaining body temperature.
5% minerals/vitamins: Minerals come from green vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and milk, cheese, eggs (unless vegan): Minerals' function: building and regulating foods. They are the principle elements of the physical body. Vitamins come from raw fruits and vegetables with high coloring. Eat the full spectrum of colored foods for the spectrum of colors found in the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet/gold), and in dairy (unless vegan). Vitamins' function: regulating foods, regulating body processes and metabolism, stimulating appetite and digestion, preventing disease, and promoting vitality and health. Vitamins are protective.
1% carbohydrates from natural sugars and starches, sugar from fruit and some vegetables, cane and honey, and starches from root vegetables, inner portion of grains/cereals, and bananas, peas, beans, and nuts. Function: carbs are fuel foods, the energy value equals calories coming from the oxidation of proteins, fats/oils, and carbs.
Scientific daily ration of bio-genic/bio-active vegetarian foods concentrating the five elements (ether, air, sun, water, earth-soil) in the body(s), eating a suggested 50% fruitarian, 35% vegetarian, 10% grains/cereals, 5% nuts and dried fruits, and supplementing diet with superfoods (herbs, minerals/vitamins, bee products such as pollen, honey, propolis, royal jelly), maintaining an alkaline level of 7 pH:
50-30% raw juicy fruits
35-30% raw vegetables (or cooked below 118 degrees)
Fruit and vegetables eaten separately for digestion
35-10% cooked vegetables: beans, soybeans, peas, lentils, eggplant, etc.; those vegetables that must be cooked to be edible

Scientific Chastity
The method of meditation and most direct experience is simply to stimulate the sexual response, and then use sexual energy as the object of meditation and it becomes awareness. The Hermetic Art of Ecstatic Alchemy is similar to Tantra. A male and female body may both practice this meditation, alone but preferably together when in sacred marriage. Either may also absorb (receive), assimilate (transform), conserve (retain), cultivate, circulate (cycle), transmute and transfigure vital and sexual life-force energies, distilling its essence, and crystallizing the human instrument as pure light. Mutual sex is not only for pair-bonding (wave-syncing) nor procreation. It is also for strengthening communion to the total immersion in presence, honoring the essence of nature and the absolute reality. It is also for sanctification of sexual communion culminating from the deep primordial urge to meet and merge with this quintessence, the partners not simply mating, but meeting to sever ego gratification for the purpose of union with being.

Sexual ecstatic response in the body during sexual arousal generates a large field of sexual electro-magnetic life-force energy. Sexual energy generated by ecstatic response and vital fluids may be raised to the brain and refined by the pineal gland by a method of sexual pumping, sexual breathing (including inverted breathing with a partner), circulation-cycling, and holding/dissolving. The endocrine (glandular/hormonal) system between the sexual organs and pineal gland (womb or ovum) creatively work together to transmute sexual energy. Each gland in the body effects all the others, such as the hypothalamus, pineal, pituitary, thyroid, thymus, adrenals, pancreas, kidneys, ovaries or testes, altering the body chemically. The subtle centers directly correlate with the glands and vital organs of the physical body.
Orgasm is an impulse in three-stages relaying to the three brains passing through three hierarchical organized centers that refine the experience into higher levels of awareness:
- the medullary reflex at the base of the spine produces a sexual ecstatic response,
- the diencephalolimbic system, the centralized network and pituitary gland between the two hemispheres (archaic brain), processes the sexual impulse sent from the base of the spine and the secretions of the endocrine glands are experienced as pleasure,
- the neocortical system, two hemispheres (modern brain) refines the orgasmic pleasure into ecstasy, an altered state debasing stasis, being-consciousness-bliss, unless utilized meditatively to attain harmonic resonance (the super-sexual life-force essence utilized to attain quantum coherence/fluidity).
An orgasmic release of energy bathes the body in an energy bath, but it releases excess sexual energy, thus sex must be moderated just as carefully as diet, and semen/ovum should be retained. The colder the season, the greater the activity of the body to warm itself. Thus the greater the reproductive generative activity. The warmer the season, the more reduced is the activity of the body, and likewise the reproductive/generative activity.
In the male body, semen is raw energy. If semen is retained it remains in the prostate and from there carried by the bloodstream to the rest of the bodies, energizing the subtle systems, nervous system, and endocrine systems, vital organs, glands, and vitalizing the HEF. In the female, retention of the ovum (eggs) works in much the same way. The endocrine glands and brain(s) regulate energy flow and are the link to the subtle centers. Quickening the awakened energy is a natural process of the blood. Purification of elements in the blood transposes DNA (and RNA) into a solar crystal light body (the elements are vehicles of energy). When orgasm is sublimated, in other words not spilling the semen during an explosive emission of energy (although orgasm without spillage is attainable), the raw energy can be converted to super-sexual life-force essence and circulated alchemically.

Conclusion
All this may seem quite "heady" and difficult to understand. Realize that hermetics is an ancient system and that it has been expounded on by many, but still remains a mystery somewhat. Mostly, hermetics was taught through an in-person format by a teacher who was trained to teach these systems. Hermetics goes much deeper than this, but at least this will give you a taste of what it is all about. However, this can give you an idea of what it is about and if it is a path that is attractive to you. It works for some, but it is not for everyone. Hermetics is a path of purity and sanctity. One must truly desire to live in as clean a way as possible for a human being. It is a path that requires restraint from worldly affairs and temptations. It is a path of reconnecting with the Earth in a holy way and becoming a citizen of the universe, rather than a mere human.
