A diet without any animal products or meat. A vegan diet is 100% plant based, not even dairy is consumed.
The standard American diet is lacking in nutrition. Diabetes and other diseases are on the raise in America. It is extremely recommended if you are diabetic to try veganism. It is a detox sometimes to eat only raw or organic foods. Look online and you will find many regimens for cleansing your system with raw food s. Try the new fast food, fruit. Get all the restaurant information online. Be careful, some garden burgers contain cheese and are not vegan. Banana is often a good substitute for butter in most recipes. Delicious things can be made with naturally fatty veggies like avocado. The more vegetable you eat the less you will miss egg and milk, they are very over-rated.
