What are Affirmations?

Affirmations are words of power that have a healing effect on those who use them. Words truly do have the power to heal, and they can change your life. The Universal Church of Metaphysics invites you to explore the spiritual healing power of affirmations.

This often includes processed foods, fast foods, meat, dairy, and small amounts of vegetables and fruit.

The standard American diet usually does not contain adequate nutrition. Cardeovascular diseases such as heart disease and diabetes are on the raise. Most popular food in America is not even safe for a diabetic. As Americans we must detox from our calorie rich diet with fresh vegetable matter and no fast food. Find the information you need here online. New restaurant s are starting to carry nutritional alternatives such as garden burgers or fruit instead of fries. Often times Americans are reluctant to substitute their fatty alternative to for something like a banana. Some natural foods do contain large amounts of fat like avocado, but even still a large majority of that fat is good fat, Omega-3s. Now egg and milk can be naturally enriched with other good fats and minerals instead of the hormone and antibiotic rich dairy that is produced in un-naturally large quantities.
