It can lower blood pressure and studies have shown it can be used like aspirin to prevent heart attacks. It is important in tissue repair, promotes healthy skin and hair, and can minimize scarring. It can also help prevent cataracts. It can improve athletic performance and increase sperm production in some men. Studies show it can slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.
Vitamin E deficiency: can cause infertility (in both men and women) menstrual problems, miscarriage, and low levels of vitamin E have been linked to cancers.
Good sources of Vitamin E: soybean oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, wheat germ, egg yolk, liver, nuts, sunflower seeds, dark leafy green vegetables, brown rice, kelp, and dulse.
Vitamin E is an essential oil that helps repair skin and maintains skin moisture. The nutrition al benefit of natural vitamin E is vast. Food rich in this vitamin helps reduce the risk of cancer. Vitamin E cream helps the skin heal and with little adverse side effects and can reduce scar tissue. Deficiency of vitamin E can lead to cancer. Some genes are linked to vitamin overdose. The source of vitamin E is a major factor. Acne can sometimes be reduced if a supplement of E is added. The fact is that vitamin E is essential to maintaining health.
